Happy Thanksgiving!

November 19th, 2014

As we “Give Thanks” this Holiday Season and look forward to precious time with our friends and family, we like to display our gratitude.  We made our pumpkins from RevolutionPly® panels.  Just as we did with our Halloween pumpkins, we traced the pumpkin shape onto the RevolutionPly® panel then used a jigsaw to cut out the shape.  After lightly sanding the edges, a single coat of paint was applied to the primed side of the panel.  We then used mod podge to affix our “Give Thanks” letters.  We freehand drew the leaf and vine and painted them.  Don’t forget to let the kiddos help with this project!  Once you have the shapes cut out they can paint and decorate their own pumpkin.

There are so many ways to get creative with your pumpkins and they can be used year after year.
