Happy Thanksgiving!

November 21st, 2024

The first Thanksgiving, celebrated in 1621, marked a moment of gratitude for the Pilgrims’ first successful harvest in the New World, shared with the Native Americans. Since the time of the Founding Fathers, Thanksgiving has been observed as an enduring tradition in the United States. In 1941, federal legislation established the fourth Thursday of November as the official Thanksgiving holiday. Historically, this day has been dedicated to expressing gratitude not only for the harvest but also for the many blessings of the year.

Thanksgiving is a time-honored occasion for family and friends to come together and enjoy a feast featuring traditional dishes such as turkey, stuffing, vegetables, cranberry sauce, and an array of delicious desserts like pumpkin pie. It also signifies the beginning of the festive holiday season.

The Patriot Timber Products family extends warm wishes to everyone for a safe and joyful Thanksgiving celebration.
